The challenge

A growing company had three distinct product lines developed independently over 3 years. Each had separate auth, separate deployment, and no shared services. The engineering cost of maintaining parallel infrastructure was becoming unsustainable.

Our approach

We started with a thorough audit of all three codebases to identify shared capabilities and key integration points. Rather than a "big bang" rewrite, we designed a shared services layer that could be adopted incrementally. The strategy allowed each product surface to remain independent while consuming shared infrastructure for auth, payments, and data operations.

Solution & delivery

Designed and implemented a unified platform architecture with shared identity, billing, and API gateway services. Each product surface maintained its own UX identity but now runs from one coherent backend. Delivered architecture documentation, migration playbooks, and team training.
