Preamble

พระราชบัญญัติ ส่งเสริมและรักษาคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕ ภูิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ ณวันที่ ๒๙มีนาคมพ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕ เป็ปีที่ ๔๗ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมิ ทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่ เป็การสมควรปรับปรุ กฎหมายว่ ด้วยการส่งเสริ และรักษาคุณภาพ สิ่งแวดล้อมแห่งชาติ จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้โดยคำแนะนำและยินยอม ของสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ ทำหน้าที่รัฐสภา ดังต่อไปนี้
