ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดโฆษณาหรือเผยแพร่ทางสื่อมวลชนหรือสื่อสารสนเทศประเภทใด ซึ่งข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวเด็กหรือผู้ปกครอง โดย เจตนาที่จะทำให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่จิตใจ ชื่อเสียง เกียรติคุณ หรือสิทธิประโยชน์อื่นใดของเด็ก หรือเพื่อแสวงหาประโยชน์สำหรับตนเองหรือ ผู้อื่นโดยมิชอบ
