เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๕๕ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๔ กันยายน ๒๕๖๗ กฎกระทรวง การอนุญาตผลิต นำเข้า ส่งออก จำหน่าย หรือมีไว้ในครอบครอง ยาเสพติดให้โทษในประเภท ๑ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๗ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๒๔ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติให้ใช้ประมวลกฎหมาย ยาเสพติด พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ และมาตรา ๑๘ วรรคหนึ่ง มาตรา ๓๔ วรรคสาม มาตรา ๓๕ วรรคสาม มาตรา ๓๖ และมาตรา ๓๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งประมวลกฎหมายยาเสพติด รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวง สาธารณสุขออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
