เล่ม ๑๒๔ ตอนที่ ๓๔ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๖ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๕๐ พระราชบัญญัติ สถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๐ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ ณวันที่ ๒๗มิถุนายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๐ เป็นปีที่ ๖๒ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้า ฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรมีกฎหมายว่าด้วยสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้โดยคำแนะนำและยินยอมของสภา นิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ ดังต่อไปนี้
