เลม่ ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๕๔ ก หนา้ ๔ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๖ กันยายน ๒๕๖๖ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดกำรออกแบบโครงสร้ำงอำคำร และลักษณะและคุณสมบัติของวัสดุที่ใช้ในงำนโครงสร้ำงอำคำร พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๕ (๓) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมอาคาร พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ มาตรา ๘ (๒) และ (๓) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมอาคาร พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม โดยพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมอาคาร (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๓ และมาตรา ๘ วรรคสอง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติ ควบคุมอำคำร พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมอาคาร (ฉบับที่ ๕) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงมหาดไทยโดยคำแนะนำของคณะกรรมกำรควบคุมอำคำร ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
