    Though the meaning has a hundred facets,

    satalakkhaṇadhārino;

    and bears a hundred characteristics,

    Ekaṅgadassī dummedho,

    the simpleton sees only one factor,

    satadassī ca paṇḍito”ti.

    while the sage sees a hundred.
