    “Ahaṁ kho veḷugumbasmiṁ,

    I’ll eat honey and milk-rice

  6. 1.2

    bhutvāna madhupāyasaṁ;

    in Veḷugumba.

  7. 1.3

    Padakkhiṇaṁ sammasanto,

    And then, dexterously probing

  8. 1.4

    khandhānaṁ udayabbayaṁ;

    the rise and fall of the aggregates,

  9. 1.5

    Sānuṁ paṭigamissāmi,

    I’ll return to my forest hill

    vivekamanubrūhayan”ti.
