เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๗๙ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๓ ธันวาคม ๒๕๖๗ กฎกระทรวง ระบบการขนส่งก๊าซธรรมชาติทางท่อ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๗ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๗ (๑) (๓) (๕) และ (๗) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ และมาตรา ๗ วรรคสาม แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ควบคุมน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๐ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพลังงานออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
