เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๔๔ ก หนา้ ๒๓ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๕ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๔ กฎกระทรวง ระบบการขนส่งน้ามันทางท่อ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ อาศัยอ้านาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๗ วรรคหนึ่ง (๑) (๓) (๕) และ (๗) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมน้ามันเชือเพลิง พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ และมาตรา ๗ วรรคสาม แห่งพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมน้ามันเชือเพลิง พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติ ควบคุมน้ามันเชือเพลิง (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๐ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพลังงานออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี
