เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๗๘ ก หนา้ ๑๔ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๕ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๔ กฎกระทรวง การขนส่งสัตว์และเนื้อสัตว์ พ.ศ. 2564 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคสอง และมาตรา ๑๔ (๗) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ควบคุมการฆ่าสัตว์เพื่อการจำหน่ายเนื้อสัตว์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ โดยคำแนะนำของคณะกรรมการกำกับดูแลการประกอบกิจการฆ่าสัตว์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
