Section ๑๐๕

ในการพิจารณาและมีคำสั่งคำขอรับชำระหนี้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นหนี้ ตามคำพิพากษาหรือไม่ ให้เจ้าพนักงานพิทักษ์ทรัพย์มีอำนาจออกหมายเรียกเจ้าหนี้ ลูกหนี้ หรือ บุคคลใดมาสอบสวนหรือให้ถ้อยคำหรือส่งเอกสารเพื่อตรวจสอบเกี่ยวกับหนี้สินได้
