Section ๑๖๒

ลูกหนี้คนใดฝ่าฝืนบทบัญญัติแห่งมาตรา ๖๔มาตรา ๖๕มาตรา ๗๙หรือมาตรา ๘๐โดยไม่มีข้อแก้ตัวอัสมควรหรือขัดขืนเจ้าพนักงานพิทักษ์ทรัพย์ในการปฏิบัติ หน้าที่ตามมาตรา ๑๖(๑) มีความผิดต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินสี่หมื่นบาท หรือจำคุกไม่เกินสี่เดือน หรือทั้งปรับทั้งจำ
