ถ้าคำสั่ งตามมาตรา ๑๖หรือมาตรา ๑๗นั้นมีเหตุอันสมควรจะ เปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไข โดยศาลเห็นเองก็ดีหรือลูกหนี้ได้มีคำขอขึ้นมาก็ดี ศาลมีอำนาจถอนคำสั่งนั้นหรือมี คำสั่งอย่างอื่นตามที่เห็นสมควรได้
