การที่ทายาท หรือผู้จัดการมรดก หรือผู้ปกครองทรัพย์ได้กระทำไป เกี่ยวกับทรัพย์มรดกจะใช้ได้เพียงไรหรือไม่นั้น ให้ถือเสมือนว่าเป็นการกระทำของลูกหนี้หรือบุคคล ล้มละลายตามความในพระราชบัญญัตินี้
