การแจ้ ย้ ยผู้ใดเข้าอยู่ในบ้านตามมาตรา ๓๐(๒) เจ้าบ้านต้องนำ หลักฐานการย้ายออกของผู้นั้นตามมาตรา ๓๐(๑) ไปแสดงต่อนายทะเบียนผู้รับแจ้งด้วย ทั้งนี้ มิให้ นำความในมาตรานี้มาใช้แก่กรณีดำเนินการย้ ยตามมาตรา ๓๐วรรคสองและกรณีผู้ย้ายเข้ามาจาก ต่างประเทศโดยมีหลักฐาน
