พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่หรือพนักงานสอบสวนในกรณีตามมาตรา ๑๘ วรรคสองผู้ใดกระทำโดยประมาทเป็นเหตุให้ผู้อื่นล่วงรู้ ข้ อมูลคอมพิวเตอร์ ข้อมูลจราจรทาง คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือข้อมูลของผู้ใช้บริการ ที่ได้มาตามมาตรา ๑๘ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาทหรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
