Preamble

พระราชบัญญัติ ว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๐ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ ณวันที่ ๑๐มิถุนายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๐ เป็นปีที่ ๖๒ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรมีกฎหมายว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้โดยคำแนะนำและยินยอม ของสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ ดังต่อไปนี้
