๓๕ จัตวา

จัตวา เมื่อคณะกรรมการว่าด้วยสัญญากำหนดให้สัญญาของการ ประกอบธุรกิจที่ควบคุมสัญญาต้องไม่ใช้ข้อสัญญาใดตามมาตรา ๓๕ทวิ แล้ว ถ้าสัญญานั้นใช้ข้อ สัญญาดังกล่าว ให้ถือว่าสัญญานั้นไม่มีข้อสัญญาเช่นว่านั้น
