ในกรณีที่ผู้ได้รับคำสั่งของคณะกรรมการเฉพาะเรื่ องตามมาตรา ๒๗ หรือมาตรา ๒๘วรรคสองไม่พอใจคำสั่งดังกล่าว ให้มีสิทธิอุทธรณ์ต่อคณะกรรมการได้
