ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๔๗มาตรา ๔๘มาตรา ๔๙หรือ มาตรา ๕๐เป็นความผิดต่อเนื่อง ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษปรับวันละไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาทหรือไม่เกิน สองเท่าของค่าใช้จ่ายที่ใช้สำหรับการโฆษณานั้น ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ยังฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตาม
