บรรดาสิ่งที่ได-ทำขึ้นหรือนำเข-ามาในราชอาณาจักรอันเป2นการละเมิด ลิขสิทธิ์หรือสิทธิของนักแสดงและสิ่งที่ได-ใช-ในการกระทำความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให-ริบเสีย ทั้งสิ้น หรือในกรณีที่ศาลเห็นสมควร ศาลอาจสั่งให-ทำให-สิ่งนั้นใช-ไม:ได-หรือจะสั่งทำลายสิ่งนั้นก็ได- โดย ให-ผู-กระทำละเมิดเสียค:าใช-จ:ายในการนั้น
