ในกรณีที่บทบัญญัติใดในพระราชบัญญัตินี้อ้างถึงจังหวัดหรือกำหนดให้ เป็นอำนาจหน้าที่ของผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด ให้หมายความรวมถึงกรุงเทพมหานครหรือให้เป็นอำนาจ หน้าที่ของผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร แล้วแต่กรณีด้วย
