ตราประทับไม้ของเอกชนถ้าหากสูญหายไปโดยเหตุใด เจ้าของตรา ประทับไม้นั้นต้องแจ้งความต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่เป็นหนังสือภายในกำหนดเวลาไม่เกินหกสิบวันนับ แต่วันรู้ถึงการสูญหายนั้น
