ผู้ใดนำไม้หรือของป่าเคลื่อนที่เข้าเขตด่านป่าไม้ ต้องแจ้งต่อพนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่ประจำด่านป่าไม้นั้นโดยแสดงใบเบิกทางกำกับไม้หรือของป่า หรือหนังสือกำกับไม้แปรรูปที่ นำมานั้ แล้วแต่ รณี ภายในกำหนดห้าวับแต่วัที่เข้าเขตด่า เมื่อพนังานเจ้าหน้าที่ ได้ ตรวจสอบและอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือให้ผ่านด่านได้แล้ว จึงให้นำไม้หรือของป่านั้นไปได้ การอนุญาตนั้น ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติโดยมิชักช้า
