ทวิ ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๒๙มาตรา ๒๙ทวิ มาตรา ๓๙มาตรา ๓๙ตรี มาตรา ๔๐วรรคหนึ่ง มาตรา ๔๓วรรคสองหรือมาตรา ๕๓ต้องระวางโทษ จำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปีหรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
