สัมปทานและใบอนุญาตที่ได้ออกให้แก่บุคคลใดเพื่อทำไม้หรือเก็บหา ของป่าไว้แล้วในวันใช้พระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้คงใช้ได้ต่อไปเสมือนหนึ่งเป็นสัมปทานและใบอนุญาตที่ ออกให้ตามความในพระราชบัญญัตินี้เพียงเท่ากำหนดอายุของสัมปทานและใบอนุญาตนั้น
