ผู้ใดมีสิทธิได้รับค่าจ้างหรือเงินอื่นจากนายจ้างตามประกาศของ คณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๑๐๓ลงวันที่ ๑๖มีนาคมพ.ศ. ๒๕๑๕อยู่ก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้คงได้รับต่อไป
