ผู้ใดแจ้งข้อความอันเป็นเท็จหรือนำพยานหลักฐานอันเป็นเท็จมาแสดง เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการเสียภาษี ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
