รถใดที่จดทะเบียนแล้ว หากมีารเปลี่ยนแปลงสีของรถให้ผิดไปจากที่ จดทะเบียนไว้ เจ้าของรถต้องแจ้งนายทะเบียนภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันเปลี่ยนแปลง การแจ้ ตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็ไปตามระเบียบที่อธิบดีกำหนด
