บรรดากฎกระทรวง คำสั่ง หรือประกาศที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัติ รถยนตร์ พุทธศักราช ๒๔๗๓ให้ยังคงใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปเพียงเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับพระราชบัญญัตินี้ จนกว่าจะมีกฎกระทรวงคำสั่ง หรือประกาศตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ มาตรา ๖๗ทวิ เพิ่มโดยพระราชบัญญัติรถยนตร์ (ฉบับที่ ๗)พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๐
