บุคคลใดแสดงการประดิษฐ์หรือสิ่งประดิษฐ์ในงานแสดงต่อสาธารณชนซึ่ง หน่วยงานของรัฐเป็นผู้จัดหรืออนุญาตให้มีขึ้นในราชอาณาจักรถ้าได้ยื่นคำขอรับสิทธิบัตรสำหรับ การประดิษฐ์นั้นภายในสิบสองเดือนนับแต่วันเปิดงานแสดงต่อสาธารณชนให้ถือว่าได้ยื่นคำขอ นั้นในวันเปิดงานแสดงนั้น
