ผู้ทรงสิทธิบัตรจะอนุญาตให้บุคคลใดใช้สิทธิตามสิทธิบัตรของตนตามมาตรา ๓๖และมาตรา ๓๗หรือจะโอนสิทธิบัตรให้แก่บุคคลอื่นก็ได้
