บุคคลใดปลอมเครื่องหมายการค้า เครื่องหมายบริการ เครื่องหมาย รับรอง หรือเครื่องหมายร่วมของบุคคลอื่นที่ได้จดทะเบียนแล้วในราชอาณาจักรต้องระวางโทษจำคุก ไม่เกินสี่ปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสี่แสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
