Section ๘๓

นายทะเบียนอาจมีคำสั่งให้ผู้ขอจดทะเบียนเครื่องหมายรับรองแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อบังคับว่าด้วยการใช้เครื่องหมายรับรองตามที่นายทะเบียนเห็นสมควรภายในหกสิบวัน บแต่วันที่ได้รับคำสั่งนั้นและมีหนังสือแจ้งคำสั่งพร้อมด้วยเหตุผลให้ผู้ขอจดทะเบียนทราบโดยไม่ ชักช้า ทั้งนี้ ให้นำมาตรา ๑๘และมาตรา ๑๙มาใช้บังคับแก่การอุทธรณ์คำสั่งของนายทะเบียนโดย อนุโลม
