เมื่อจะเติมน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงชนิดไวไฟที่มีจุดวาบไฟในอุณหภูมิยี่สิบเอ็ด องศาเซลเซียส หรือต่ำกว่านั้น ผู้ขับขี่รถบรรทุกคนโดยสารต้องหยุดเครื่องยนต์และต้องให้คนโดยสาร ลงจากรถทุกคนด้วย
