ถ้ ผู้เป็หุ้ ส่วนจำพวกจำกัดความรับผิดผู้ใดตาย ท่ นว่ ทายาทของผู้นั้นย่อมเข้าเป็นหุ้นส่วนแทนที่ผู้ตาย เว้นแต่จะได้มีข้อสัญญากันไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
