ให้ผู้สอบบัญชีทุกคนเข้าตรวจสอบสรรพสมุดและบัญชีของ บริษัทในเวลาอันสมควรได้ทุกเมื่อ และในการอันเกี่ยวด้วยสมุดและบัญชีเช่นนั้นให้ไต่ถาม สอบสวนกรรมการหรือผู้อื่น ๆซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนหรือเป็นลูกจ้ งของบริษัทได้ไม่ว่าคนหนึ่งคนใด
