ผู้ชำระบัญชีจะเรียกให้ผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนหรือผู้ถือหุ้นส่งใช้เงินลงหุ้น อันเป็นส่วนยังค้างชำระอยู่นั้นก็ได้ และเงินที่ค้างชำระนี้ถึงแม้จะได้ตกลงกันไว้ก่อนโดยสัญญาเข้า หุ้นส่วน หรือโดยข้อบังคับของบริษัทว่าจะได้เรียกต่อภายหลังก็ตาม เมื่อเรียกเช่นนี้แล้ว ท่านว่า ต้องส่งใช้ทันที
