บุคคลใดใช้สัมภาระของบุคคลอื่นทำสิ่งใดขึ้นใหม่ไซร้ ท่านว่า เจ้าของสัมภาระเป็นเจ้าของสิ่งนั้นโดยมิต้องคำนึงว่าสัมภาระนั้นจะกลับคืนตามเดิมได้หรือไม่แต่ ต้องใช้ค่าแรงงาน แต่ถ้าค่าแรงงานเกิ กว่าค่าสัมภาระที่ใช้นั้นมากไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้ทเป็นเจ้าของทรัพย์ ที่ทำขึ้น แต่ต้องใช้ค่าสัมภาระ
