ทรัพย์สินใดเป็นของบุคคลก่อนอุปสมบทเป็นพระภิกษุ ทรัพย์สินนั้นหาตกเป็นสมบัติของวัดไม่ และให้เป็นมรดกตกทอดแก่ทายาทโดยธรรมของบุคคล นั้น หรือบุคคลนั้นจะจำหน่ายโดยประการใดตามกฎหมายก็ได้
