Section ๑๖๕๒

บุคคลผู้อยู่ในความปกครองนั้น จะทำพินัยกรรมยกทรัพย์มรดก ของตนให้แก่ผู้ป ครองหรือคู่สมรส บุพการี หรือผู้สืบสัดานหรือพี่น้องของผู้ปกครองไม่ได้ จนกว่าผู้ปกครองจะได้ทำคำแถลงการณ์ปกครองตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๑๕๗๗และมาตรา ต่อๆไปแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้เสร็จสิ้นแล้ว
