ถ้าผู้จัดการมรดกมีหลายคน การทำการตามหน้าที่ของผู้จัดการ มรดกนั้นต้องถือเอาเสียงข้างมาก เว้ แต่จะมีข้อกำหนดพินัยกรรมเป็นอย่ งอื่น ถ้าเสียงเท่ากัน เมื่อผู้มีส่วนได้เสียร้องขอ ก็ให้ศาลเป็นผู้ชี้ขาด
