ถ้าคู่สัญญาฝ่ายหนึ่งมีสิทธิเลิกสัญญาโดยข้อสัญญาหรือโด บทบัญญัติแห่ กฎหมายการเลิ สัญญาเช่นนั้นย่อมทำด้วยแสดงเจตนาแก่อีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง แสดงเจตนาดังกล่าวมาในวรรคก่อนนั้นท่านว่าหาอาจจะถอนได้ไม่
