ถ้ ได้กำหนดกันไว้ว่าให้่งมอบทรัพย์สินซึ่งขายนั้นเวลาใด ท่านให้ สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเวลาอันเดียวกันนั้นเองเป็นเวลากำหนดใช้ราคา
