Section ๕๓

บัญชีทรัพย์สินตามมาตรา๕๐และมาตรา๕๒ต้องมีพยานลง ลายมือชื่อรับรองความถูกต้องอย่างน้อยสองคน พยานสองคนนั้นต้องเป็นคู่สมรสหรือญาติของผู้ ไม่อยู่ซึ่งบรรลุนิติภาวะแล้ว แต่ถ้าไม่มีคู่สมรสหรือหาญาติไม่ได้ หรือคู่สมรสและญาติไม่ยอมเป็น พยานจะให้ผู้อื่นซึ่งบรรลุนิติภาวะแล้วเป็พยานก็ได้
