Section ๕๓๓

เมื่อผู้ให้ได้ให้อภัยแก่ผู้รับในเหตุประพฤติเนรคุณนั้นแล้วก็ดี หรือ เมื่อเวลาได้ล่วงไปแล้วหกเดือนนับแต่เหตุเช่นนั้นได้ทราบถึงบุคคลผู้ชอบที่จะเรียกถอนคืนการให้ ได้นั้นก็ดี ท่านว่าหาอาจจะถอนคืนการให้ได้ไม่ อนึ่ง ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องคดีเมื่อพ้นเวลาสิบปีภายหลังเหตุการณ์เช่ ว่านั้น
