Section ๕๘๑

ถ้าระยะเวลาที่ได้ตกลงว่าจ้างกันนั้นสุดสิ้นลงแล้วลูกจ้างยังคง ทำงานอยู่ต่อไปอีก และนายจ้างรู้ดัง้นก็ไม่ทักท้วงไซร้ ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้่ อนว่าคู่สัญญาเป็น อันได้ทำสัญญาจ้างกันใหม่โดยความอย่างเดียวกันกับสัญญาเดิม แต่คู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่ง อาจจะเลิกสัญญาเสียได้ด้วยการบอกกล่าวตามความในมาตราต่อไปนี้
