ถ้าผู้ขนส่งคนใดส่งมอบของเสียแต่ก่อนได้รับค่ ระวางพาหนะและ - ๑๒๗ - อุปกรณ์ไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้ขนส่งคนนั้นยัคงต้องรับผิดต่อผู้ขนส่งก่อนๆตนเพื่อค่ ระวางพาหนะและ อุปกรณ์ซึ่งยังค้างชำระแก่เขา
