การชำระหนี้ไม่ว่าครั้งใดๆสิ้นเชิงหรือแต่บางส่วนก็ดี การระงับ หนี้อย่างใดๆก็ดี รตกลงกันแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงจำนองหรือหนี้อันจำนองเป็นประกันนั้นเป็น ประการใดก็ดี ท่านว่าต้องนำความไปจดทะเบียนต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ในเมื่อมีคำขอร้องของผู้มี ส่วนได้เสีย มิฉะนั้นท่านห้ามมิให้ยกขึ้นเป็ข้อต่อสู้บุคคลภายนอก
